Procurement Platform
In line with Rio Residence Property vision of integrating seamless and comprehensive online platform that provide project vendors with real time user experience.
The Procurement Platform also enables direct integration of finished work packages and or performed services across local and national supply chain.
How to become a service provider and participate in RR Project tenders?
REGISTRATION
A company with a valid registration is allowed to supply goods/services serving selected RR projects. Examples of projects are: Rio Residence Jogja, Rio Residence Bali, Rio Residence Manado and others.
Applications Involving Foreign Companies
There are three ways for a foreign company (PT PMA) to conduct business with Rio Residence Property :
1. By appointing a local company as Agent.
2. By forming a local Joint-Venture (JV) company with a local partner.
3. By opening a local branch in Indonesia.
In appointing a local agent, foreign companies are encouraged to select local agent from the existing Rio Residence vendors to ensure that RR Vendor ID requirements are fully met. In appointing a local JV partner or opening a local branch, foreign companies must comply with the requirements as stipulated by Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
