Our limited homes offer low-rise, multiple guesthouses and pavillion rooms, optimizing highest best use (HBU) of total land cover of 1150m2. RR projects reduce emission by providing equitable access to mobility, create healthier citizens and help local business thrive.

The key features of Rio Residence embed natural elements into walkable community and recreate smart living experience in urban setting. This will include 3 building types with pedestrian and parking area. Rendered below, our Aquilla homes are equipped with abundance of natural elements; aquascape, non-motorized area, bicycles and wooden structures.

The backstory, in ancient time, Priscilla and Aquila were tentmakers native to Rome. They provided shelter, hospitality, and income to dwellers. Fast forward to our timeline, in 2019, we initiated second phase of (2) pavillion houses, on a total area of 340m2 to produce 20 rooms. Selected façade concurs with modern style of the exterior which emphasizes balance of all elements reflected on-site; landscape, water, stone and wood.

Our Aquilla homes offer you functional and practical Scandinavian moblierts, creating a modern yet very comfortable feeling, while leaving ample space for creative works in the house.
